Announcement of BVP CET Medical Counselling 2016

Procedure of BVP CET Medical Counselling 2016

The counselling of BVP CET Medical 2016 on the basis of NEET 2016 merit list will be conducted in the month of August, 2016, tentatively.

Schedule for Medical Counselling given below:


Note: As per Schedule announced later the counselling and on the spot admission for General Category(85%) MBBS seats has been completed in the order and merit obtained in NEET, and there is no vacancy.

Document Required at the time of counselling

1. Your letter for counselling

2. SSC Certificate or Birth Certificate issued by local self Government (like Municipal Corporation, Municipality etc.) 

3. Certificate of Domicile/Nationality.

4. School/College Leaving Certificate .

5. Statement of marks of X std examination.

6. Statement of marks of XII std examination.

7. Transfer Certificate from the Institution in which you had studied last.

8. Caste Certificate (For candidates of SC/ST category issued by appropriate authority )

9. Migration Certificate (for students who joined a course after 12th).

10.  Character Certificate from a responsible person.

11. Certificate of Medical Fitness. (as per Annexure IV)

12. An affidavit in the format as per Annexure II, on judicial stamp of Rs. 100/- signed by you and countersigned by your parent/guardian in the presence of Notary Public.

13. Six recent passport-size photographs with your names written on backside.

14. The amount of fees and Hostel fees (in case you are admitted to Hostel.)

Authority letter-wherever applicable.

15. The application should also be accompanied by a document in the form of school leaving certificate / transfer / migration / character certificate, which should include a report on behavioral pattern of applicant, so that the institution can thereafter keep intense watch upon a student who has a negative entry in this regard.

Note: Candidate are advise to bring documents in original along with a set of photo copy of all document during the time of counselling failure to do so will result in instantaneous cancellation of your claim for admission. You are also required to submit two photocopies of each of these documents.
