About University

Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies (BUEST) is a private technical and professional higher education institution located at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. It is formerly known as Institute of Engineering and Emerging Technologies (IEET). It was established in 2002 by the Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering (CASE) as the Institute of Engineering and Emerging Technologies (IEET). The Institute of Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences (IPES) was started in 2007 and in 2008 it was followed by the Institute of Management Studies (IMS). In 2009, these institutes incorporated into a University by the Himachal Pradesh Government, under the name Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies. It is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas in the industrial areas of Baddi and its campus is spread over an area of 40 acres.

      Admission And Eligibility Criteria

      • M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry : B.Sc in Medical/Non-Medical.
      • B.Tech : Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
      • BCA : Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.

      Merit as per the marks obtained in qualifying examination.

      • B.Sc. Non-Medical : For B.Sc.(Non-Medical), candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the optional subjects:Chemistry/Biology/Computer Sciences/Bio-Technology. Admissions will be made on the basis of 10+2 examination Merit.
