The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations was established in 1983 as a separate set up for the conduct of Entrance Examinations for admission to Professional Courses in the State as per G.O.(Ms) No.31/83/H.Edn. dated 19.02.1983. The Higher Education Department in the Secretariat is functioning as the administrative department of the Commisionerate of Entrance Examinations. The Commissionerate has been conducting thirteen Entrance Examinations, both for Undergraduate and Post Graduate Professional Courses.

Application Form 2016
All Candidates seeking admission to the course shall apply online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in or from the direct link provided below. Separate Applications have to be submitted for General Quota and Service Quota. Candidates are advised must ensure their eligibility and read the instruction carefully before filling the Application Form.
Important Information for Candidate for Submission of Application form
Those candidates, [except Service candidates] whose selection is based on the Entrance Examination should forward the printout of the online application submitted along with supporting documents mentioned in Clause 12 of the Prospectus and the Demand Draft( if the payment is not online) to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala – 695 001, either by Registered post / Speed Post / Hand delivery, so as to reach him on or before the last date of receipt of application.
Application Fee
1. General Quota candidates will have to remit the Application fee of Rs.800/- (for SC/ST candidates Rs.400/-).
2. The application fee for Service Quota candidates is Rs.800/- and can be remitted by way of a Demand Draft in favor of the Principal and Controlling Officer, Government Homoeopathic Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
Note: The application fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
2. BHMS Degree (Direct/Graded) or its equivalent, declared thereto, by the Central Council of Homoeopathy. Candidates who have completed the prescribed internship before the date of interview for allotment alone are eligible for admission subject to the condition that they should produce the Medical Council Registration Certificate at the time of interview for allotment. Candidates who have passed the final year examination with more than three chances are not eligible for admission
3. The candidates otherwise eligible for admission should not be more than 45 years as on 01.01.2016 subject to a relaxation of a maximum of five years in the case of SC/ST Candidates and Teachers of Homoeopathic Medical Colleges.
Scheme of Examination
1. There shall be two papers each of two hours duration, consisting of ‘Objective type’ questions.
2. Paper I will consist of Pre-clinical and Para-clinical subjects.
3. Paper II will consist of Clinical Subjects. The Number of Questions in each subject will be as shown below.
Result 2016
CEE Kerala PG Homoeopathy will announce the result for entrance exam after the successful conduction of written exam. Candidates who appear in the written exam will be able to check their result for the same when the result in announced officially by CEE Kerala.
Selection Process
Selection of Candidates except for the seats reserved under Rural Service Quota and for Teachers working in the Private as well as Government Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in Kerala will be made on the basis of the rank in an Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) at Thiruvananthapuram.
Seat Availability in Different Colleges
1.There are 19 seats will be Merit Quota, out of which half (9 seats) will be All India Merit Quota (open to all Indian citizens) and other half (10 seats) will be State Merit Quota open to only candidates of Kerala origin or candidates passing out from the Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in Kerala.
2. Community Reservation/Special Reservation will be provided as follows: 3 seats for SC, 1 seat for ST, 3 seats for SEBC, 1 seat for PD (Physically Disabled) candidate.
3. The Criteria/conditions applicable for PG Medical Course will be adopted for the above categories.
