Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as BBA, BCA, BHM, Integrated MBA (IMBA) etc. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes/colleges/universities. The data and score of the candidates are provided to the institutes/colleges/universities indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any institute.

Application Form
Online Application process will be activated in December 2016 for UGAT 2017.
Online Application
To apply, candidates will have to fill up the online registration form on the official website of AIMA (www.aima.in) on or before the last date. Candidates are advised must ensure their eligibility and other related conditions before going online application. Candidate may fill the registration form from the direct link provided below.
Offline Application
Candidates can obtain form with UGAT Bulletin against cash payment of Rs.500/- from listed Institutes or AIMA, Lodhi Road, New Delhi or Obtain UGAT Bulletin & Application Form by post, by sending a Demand Draft for Rs 500/- to AIMA, drawn in favor of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi along-with two self-addressed slips / adhesive stickers.

Dispatching of duly completed printout of Registration Form : Send the print out of the filled online UGAT 2017 Registration Form with auto-generated Registration No. with your photograph affixed and duly signed to:

Eligibility Criteria
The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Students appearing / appeared in 10+2 can also apply.
Candidates will be able to download the AIMA UGAT May 2017 admit card / hall ticket for the exam after the application process is over. Enter your name / form number, and date of birth to get the admit card. How to download UGAT Admit Cards?
For downloading your admit card kindly follow the following procedure:
1. Check website link: http://apps.aima.in/ugatadmitcard.aspx seven days before the test date.
2. Access individual admit card using UGAT Registration Form Number.
3. Take the printout of the admit card from the above link.
4. Admit card will have the roll number and test centre address.
5. Affix on the admit card two similar photographs.
6. Get the photographs on the admit card attested by any Gazetted officer or Head of the Institute / College from where the candidate has passed or going to pass.
7. Report to the test centre at least 45 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test.
UGAT Exam Pattern
According to the last year information candidates applying for IMBA, BBA, BCA, etc the structure of the test was as follows:

Note: The Time duration of Examination is 1000 – 1200 Hrs.

Candidates applying for both, the structure of the test is as of BHM given above. However, their scores of sections 1 to 4 will be reported separately for the purpose of admission to IMBA, BBA, BCA, etc.

Result
AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) results will be declared after the examination is done. The score card will put on the AIMA website. Candidate can download his/her score card with his 6 digits registration form number and 9 digits roll number. Candidates can check the UGAT result 2017 from here when it is announced officially.
