Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Jammu came into existence on 20th September1999 following the amendment in Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act 1982 through the State legislature.There are NCC and NSS facilities in the University for students. They can join NCC and NSS.

Admission And Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture
10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized statutory Board/University with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General Category and 40% for Reserved category .
  • B.V.Sc. & AH
10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized statutory Board/University with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General Category and 40% for Reserved category.
  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Biotechnology
10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized statutory Board /University with not less than 60% marks .
