Application Form

Application Process is over..!!

Candidates who interested to take admission in BAMS/BHMS courses through Common Pre Medical Entrance Exam can fill their Application from the official website www.apahmcup.org as per schedule. Application form for UP CPMEE 2016 was available online. Candidates were advised must ensure their eligibility and other conditions before filling the Online Application form.

Examination fee of CPMEE 2016-2017 for BHMS Courses is Rs 1050/-. Fee should be paid through Cash/D.D. and non refundable.

Admit Card

UP CPMEE Admit Card 2016 was available online. Those who fill their Application form on before the last date can download the Admit Card from the official website or from the link given below.


Note: Admit Card is very important document to appear in the UP CPMEE 2016 exam which will be held on 28 Aug 2016. Those who do not bring their Admit Card will not allowed to enter in the exam hall.

Exam Pattern

1. The pattern and syllabus will follow the CPMT Examination as conducted by Govt. of UP.

2. All candidates should appear for the common Pre-Medical Entrance Examination. The entrance examination will comprise of an objective type examination of 180 minutes duration containing 230 question. The distribution of questions for subject will be Eng./Hindi 30(English section is compulsory for B.H.M.S and Hindi section for B.A.M.S. applicants), Physics 40,Chemistry 60 and Biology 100. The syllabus for entrance examination will be as per the 10+2 examination (CBSE/ICSE/U.P. BOARD or its equivalent). The question paper will be in English and Hindi both.

3. All the question will be objective type with multiple(A,B,C,D) choice of which,only one will be the most appropriate response and,therefore,the correct choice. Each correct answer shall be awarded ONE mark. ZERO marks shall be given to no response and incorrect answers. More than one choice indicated against a question shall be considered as incorrect response and ZERO mark will be given. There will be no negative marking.

Method of Answering

1.. The Answer sheet will be placed inside the sealed Examination Booklet. The seal will be opened by the candidate after being instructed by the supervising Examiner/Invigilator and only then the answer sheet is to be taken out. Do not open/break seal before the announcement.

2. Side II of the answer sheet will have a pre-printed Examination Booklet Code A,B,C or D.

3. The Candidates are required to check that the Examination Booklet Code Pre-Printed on Side-II of the answer sheet is the same as printed on the examination booklet.

4. The answer sheet used will be of special type and will be scanned by Optical Scanner. There will be two sides to the Answer Sheet.

5. Side-I- This Side of the answer sheet contains the following column which are to be filled in neatly and accurately by the candidate with Blue/Black ball point only:Roll Number,Test Booklet number,Center Code,Course Code, name of the candidate and signature of the candidate.

6. Side-II- This side of the answer sheet Contains of the following column which are also to be filled in by the candidates with Blue/Black Ball Point Pen only i.e. Roll Number,Test Booklet number,Center Code,Course Code. Write and Mark your Roll Number and examination Booklet Number as per specimen Answer Sheet.

How to Check Result 

1. Visit the official website or click on direct link provided above.

2. Find the link which say UP CPMEE Result 2016.

3. Click on the Result Link and fill the required details.

4. After filling the details, click on submit button.

5. Result will be displayed on candidates computer screen.

Eligibility Criteria

For B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S Courses

1. The Candidate who have passed the 10+2 i.e. I.S.C./Intermediate examination or its equivalent with Physics,Chemistry and Biology shall be eligible.

2. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics,Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination for all category.

3. The candidate who are appearing for the qualifying examination (XII) and result is not yet available are also eligible to appear in the Common Pre-Medical Entrance Examination but such candidate shall submit the mark sheet of the qualifying examination(XII) on or before 26 July 2016.

4. Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or before 31st December 1999 (at least 17 years of age on 31st Dec 2016) are eligible to apply. Date of birth recorded in the High School or its equivalent certificate will be accepted.
