MP Animal Husbandry 2016 – Diploma Entrance Test (Vyapam)

MP DAHET (Diploma in Animal Husbandry Entrance Test) →  It will take entrance exam for admission into two year’s Animal Husbandry Diploma course in Animal Husbandry colleges / training institutes of the Madhya Pradesh state conducted by Madhya Pradesh Vyapam also known as Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board. It is more popular by the name of Madhya Pradesh Vyavsayik Pareeksha Mandal (VYAPAM). Candidates who are interested to take admission into following programmes must appear for MP Animal Husbandry Entrance Test (DAHET) 2016. Candidates will be given admission based on their result in MP DAHET 2016 (MP Diploma in Animal Husbandry Entrance Test).

Counselling was held for admission into two year’s Animal Husbandry Diploma course in Animal Husbandry colleges / training institutes on the basis of marks obtained in MP DAHET 2016. Candidates who are successfully qualified the MP DAHET 2016 were eligible for counselling.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria is given below as decided by the Competent Authority of Madhya Pradesh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya.

Educational Qualification →  Must have passed 12th higher secondary examination under 10+2 with science subject (Zoology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture) from Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal/Central Board of Secondary Education with minimum 50% marks. Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to the candidates of SC/ST.

Age limit for admission → As on 31st December candidate must have attain the age of 17 years but not more then 28 years. The upper age limit shall be relaxable up to maximum limit of 5 years as prescribed by Government from time to time. If a candidate happens to be a woman, Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other backward classes.

• The applicant must be a Domicile of M.P. State

Admission Procedure
Manner of Admission → Common Entrance Test conducted by Nanaji Deshmukh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya through Professional Examination Board, Bhopal shall prepare merit and waiting list on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in Common Entrance Test and shall provide to Vishwavidyalaya.

Procedure of Admission → The admission into all Animal Husbandry Diploma training college/institutions shall be made through single window system in the order of merit on the basis of ranking in Common Entrance Test conducted by the Professional Examination Board, Bhopal.

• All these admission shall be done through centralized Animal Husbandry MP Counselling conducted by the Vishwavidyalaya. Five members committee as follows will be constituted by the competent authority.

5. Management of training Institute shall not issue notification/ advertisement and call for application for admission separately or individually. University shall complete all formalities of concerning subject as per norms.

6. If a candidate fails to present himself/herself for Counselling or fails to produce the relevant certificates in original in prescribed proforma, he/she shall loose his/her chance of selection of Seat and Institution. However, if he/she produces documents at a later stage, the same may be considered for Counselling in that event, he/she shall be entitled to, select the seat and institution available at that point of time. If a candidate does not turn up even on the last day of Counselling, it shall be deemed that he/she is not interested in taking admission and shall forfeit the right of admission.

7. If a candidate fails to present himself/herself on the date of Counselling because of serious illness or accident and is admitted in the hospital, then his/her guardian/parents may be permitted to appear in the Counselling on his/her behalf, provided the concerned candidate submits an authority letter to this effect along with a medical certificate issued by the concerned Chief Medical Offficer/Civil Surgeon as a proof of with candidate photograph illness or hospitalization. If at any stage it is found that the information provided by the candidate was wrong, then the admission is liable to be cancelled.

8. Once a candidate has taken admission in an institution during the process of Counselling he shall not be permitted to change it in that phase of counselling.

9. Once a candidate is admitted in a particular institution through Counselling, no transfer of institution shall be permitted.

10. If there is subsequent round of counselling, the candidates left over during first round shall be called and shall be allotted to Institutions having vacant seats on the basis of merits and priority

11. The successful candidates shall have to deposit fees as prescribed by the Vishwavidyalaya at the time of counselling. The fees once deposited will not be refunded at any cost.

Cancellation of Admission

If at any stage it is found that a candidate has got admission in any institution on the basis of false or incorrect information or by hiding relevant facts or if at any time after admission it is found the admission was given to the candidate due to some mistake or oversight, the admission granted to such a candidate shall be liable to be cancelled forthwith without any notice at any time during the course of his/her studies by the Competent Authority

The candidates found eligible after counselling will deposit required fees for taking admission. Fees once deposit will not be refunded back at any cost.
