- Online registration for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test begins on 22 Aug 2016 and ends on 22 Nov 2016. Candidates will get a window of three months to complete the process of SNAP Test Registration 2016.

A candidate is required to choose the institute (s) that he/she wishes to apply to. To do so, visit snaptest.org/ institute website and select the institute (s) for which you would wish to be considered for admission. There is no limit to the number of institute (s) that a candidate may apply to.
Institutes Registration Fees
- Candidate have to pay online/offline for admission to post graduate institutes of the University. The fee for the same is Rs. 1000/- per program. Prior to Institute payment, registration and payment for SNAP 2016 is mandatory. As a part of the simplified registration process, an aspirant does not need to go to the respective institute(s) website to register separately.
- Payment can be done through the SNAP website after you have registered and paid for SNAP 2016.
- While paying SNAP fees online, a candidate may also pay the fee for admission to the preferred program(s) simultaneously or defer payment (please note the last date of payment for each program).
- Even after closing of the payment for SNAP, a candidate may still pay through SNAP website till the last date of payment for the program(s). An institute may offer more than one program. A candidate should ensure that the preferred program(s) is / are selected and paid before the last date.
- NRI candidates are requested to check the eligibility requirements on scie.ac.in before registering for SNAP 2016.
After declaration of the SNAP result, the institute (offering the program for which you have paid) will conduct further selection processes for short-listed candidates. The candidate will be able to check the schedule for the same on the on this page or on the website of the respective institutes

Shortlisting for Group Exercise, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test: Candidates will be shortlisted for GE-PIWAT based on their overall SNAP Percentile. Category-wise cut off will be published on the website of the respective institute.

Eligibility Criteria
1. The candidate must be graduated from any recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST).
2. A candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
3. All foreign degrees/ qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU.

Print the Admit Card online. Candidates shall preserve the authenticated Admit card till the Admission processes of the desired Symbiosis Institutes are over. If the Admit card is lost, no duplicate Admit card will be issued.
Note : Admit Card along with Photo Identity proof should be carried to the Test Centre at the time of the test. An acceptable Photo Identity is any one of the following

- PAN Card
- Voters ID Card
- AADHAR Card(UID)
Please ensure that your latest passport size, coloured photograph is pasted on the Admit Card at the place provided for.
At the time of the written test, it is mandatory to produce the photo identity card as described here. Symbiosis Authorized Person will verify and authenticate your Admit card against the photo-id.
Please preserve this Authenticated Admit card for further selection processes by individual Institutes.
How to download SNAP 2016 Admit Card?
Keeping in view that the candidates would prefer a simple and uncomplicated process to access their admit cards, Symbiosis International University has laid down an easy method. To download your SNAP Test hall ticket, you will need to know your SNAP Test ID and Password.
- Go to the SNAP Test admit card download page
- Navigate to the link that says Admit Card. You can find this link in the top menu.
- Enter your test id and password.
- Click on Login.
- Click on the link that indicates download of admit card.
- Download and take print out on plain white sheet of paper.
The admit card issued online at www.snaptest.org is the authentic and original hall ticket. In case you lose or misplace the same, no duplicate admit cards will be issued. Therefore, please keep the print out of your admit card / hall ticket safely till admission process. It is strongly advised that you take multiple print outs of the hall ticket and keep them safely.
It is mandatory to carry the SNAP Test Admit Card on the day of exam (December 20, 2016). It may also be required at the time of admission and counselling.

The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, commonly known as SNAP is an exam of 2 hours duration. The exam shall contain 150 questions divided into four sections.

Process of arriving at SNAP 2016 Result
The SNAP Test 2016 Result encircles the following steps which are included in its formulation. The result will be decided by considering all the mentioned points and steps.
- Compilation of result of SNAP Test 2016 commenced with the conclusion of exam at test centers. Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is a pen and paper based exam with multiple choice questions. Once the exam sheets are submitted, each paper is evaluated and number of correct and incorrect answers is arrived at.
- Marks obtained are determined by the marking scheme, which is: Each question will have 4 responses. Candidate should choose an appropriate response. Each wrong answer will attracts 25% negative marks. Maximum marks is 150.
- Officially released correct answer key is referred to calculate marks obtained by each candidate in the SNAP Test. Marks or score obtained ultimately determine the SNAP Result 2016 / SNAP Result 2016.

Selection Procedure of SNAP
The general process that will be adopted shall be as follows.
- When online application reaches the institute along with the payment of Application fee and all the required documents; the B-school will verify uploaded documents and check the requisite qualifications for admission.
- Application will be forwarded to the Admission Committee for evaluation.
- The Admission Committee will shortlist the applications based on the previous academic track record, SNAP score (if applicable), English Proficiency Test (if applicable), Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, CV (Curriculum Vitae).
Shortlisting for Group Exercise, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test is to be done by each college. Candidates will be shortlisted for GE-PIWAT based on their overall SNAP Percentile. Category-wise cut off will be published on the website of the respective institute.
SNAP Score will be valid only for admission to all MBA institutes of Symbiosis International University for the academic year of 2016-17. Merit list is to be prepared by individual SIU colleges on the basis of SNAP Result scores and individual evaluation.
