The PIM-MAT application form which you will be filing is a specially designed form (The data recorded on this form would be used subsequently for generation of admit card for the test and the result). Therefore it should be filled according to the detailed instructions given in the prospectus. Candidates can also apply & able print their application form after the submission through the direct link provided below.
Application Fee
The candidate is required to deposit Rs. 1510 (exam Fee Rs. 1500/- Service Charge Rs. 10/-) at E-Mitra Kioske/C.S.C. Centre/ Online through E-mitra portal.
Eligibility Criteria
For MBA & MBA (service management)
A candidate seeking admission to the I semester of MBA and MBA (Services Management) shall be required to posses a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering & Technology, Science, Arts, Social Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Medicine and Pharmaceutics etc.) with at least 50% marks in the aggregate(without any approximation). (45% in the aggregate in case of SC/ST/OBC/SBC). Such candidates as have appeared at the final year qualifying examination may also apply for admission provisionally at their own risk subject to the condition that they shall be required to submit the mark sheet of the qualifying examination by the date and time determined and notified by the Institute, failing which their candidature will be cancelled. If a candidate has more than one Bachelor’s Degree for detenniMng eligibility the first degree will be taken into accouter. The reservation policy of Government of Rajasthan will be applicable.
For MBA (Executive)
1. To be eligible for admission to the I Semester of MBA (Executive) course applicant shall be required to posses a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering & Technology, Science, Ans, Social Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Medicine and Pharmaceutics etc.) with at lest 48% marks in the aggregate (without any approximation). (43% in the aggregate in case of SC/ST/OBC/SBC).
2. A candidate seeking admission shall be required to posses in addition to qualifications mentioned above, a minimum of two years full time working experience in an industrial / commercial organization/ private sector/ business/ volinarry sartor/ corporate sector/ government/ public sector in a supervisory/executive poartion after passing the qualifying examination, to be counted from the date given in the mark sheet of the qualifying examination by the concerned university.
3. An applicant must be posted within the municipal limit of Jaipur at the time of admission. If a candidate’s place of posting changes from Jaipur to any other place at any time during the entire duration of the course his/her admission shall automatically stand cancelled.
4. An executive / supervisor/ officer for the purpose of admission to MBA (3 years executive course) will be a person who has ordinarily 5 pennons working under her/ him.
Note 1
Income Tax Form 16 of preceding one year in which the admission is sought are required to be submitted with the application.
A candidate who has been studying as regular day scholar in any university or college for the last two years after passing the qualifying examination will not be eligible.
Professionals (CA/1CWA/CS) who are self employed, in proprietorship in individual capacity must show field income tax return reporting Gross Total Income of at least Rs. 10 lac. per year for the preceding two years.

Note 2
An attested copy of acknowledgement of filling income tax return bearing receipt of the income tax department in support of the reported gross total income can be submitted in lieu of Income ax. Form 16.
Admit Card
PIM MAT Admit Card 2016 is released by Podar Institute of Management (PIM) as per the schedule. This document is also known as the hall ticket and issued to those candidates who have submitted application form and fees on time, correctly. Important details of the exam such as date and time, examination center, candidate’s roll number, and other credentials are printed in the PIM MAT 2016 admit card. After downloading and printing it, please check that all the details are correct and verifiable.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview
After the declaration of written exam result Candidates will be short listed for group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI). Candidate would be required to appear at their own cost. The GD and PI are the essential components of admission process. If you remain absent in GD and/or PI, your candidature will be cancelled. Kindly retain the admit care for GD and PI.

Note:- Candidates are required to report for Group discussion and Personal interview 01.00 Hr. before the scheduled dine. Also required to bring the following documents for GD/PI
- Hard Copy of the Application Form (filled online) and copy of E-mitra payment receipt (if not submitted earlier)
- Valid ID Proof such as passport/driving license/ pen card.
- Original Mark sheets (along with attested photocopies)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
Counseling
1. After GD and PI exercise, you will be required to attend counseling session, applicable for MBA as. MBA (Services Management) courses only. No counseling session is required for MBA (Executive) course. In the counseling session admission offer for any of the program would be made on the basis of your position in the final merit list You would be required to deposit the fee on the spot for the program for which the admission is offered to you. If you remain absent in counseling session or do not turn up in time or do not deposit the fee through bank demand draft, your candidature will be cancelled and the candidate next to you will be offered the seat.
2. If two or more candidates secure equal marks in total (written test, GD and PI) then their relative merit will be decided on the basis of marks scored in written test. In case, if two or more candidates more score equal marks in written test also then the relative merit will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in degree examination (B.A., B.Sc, B.Com., B.E. etc.). If that is also equal the one who is born earlier will be given preference.
3. While coming for counseling at your own expense, you must bring bank demand draft of the above prescribed fee drawn in favor of Convener, PIM-MAT 2016 payable at Jaipur. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
