About University

PES University is established under Karnataka Act No. 16 of 2013, on November 19, 2013 as per notification of Government of Karnataka. PES University has been established by People’s Education Society (PES) which was established in 1972 at Bangalore. Earlier, PES University existed as an institute with the name PES Institute of Technology. The University is recognized by UGC, New Delhi and it is a member of International Association of Universities (IAU).
