Application Form
JNTU Kakinada, the exam conducting body of Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture, Medical Common Entrance Test, has issued online application form of EAMCET 2016 on 3rd February 2016. Candidates should read the information brochure to understand eligibility conditions (click here for engineering brochure, click here for agriculture and medical brochure) and only after determining that one is eligible should the candidate proceed to apply.
Step to fill Application Form?
The application form is to be filled and submitted online, at apeamcet.org. The procedure is quite simple and candidate friendly. All one needs is access to computer with internet connection. Details and documents mentioned above should be kept handy.
Reach the AP EAMCET website and navigate to online application form link. Alternately, click on the apply online link given above.
Step 1 – Entering basic details and making payment
1.If you have paid application fee through AP Online / TS Online, Click on the link that says “Click here if paid through APOnline/TSOnline”.
2. Click on the link that says “Click here if paid through APOnline/TSOnline”.
3. Enter transaction ID, qualifying exam, name, father’s / mother’s name, mobile number, date of birth, qualifying exam hall ticket number, year of appearing or passing qualifying exam, stream, SSC hall ticket number.
4. If you have want to pay application fee through credit card or debit card,
Click on the link that says “Click here to pay online using your Debit / Credit card”.
5. On the next page, click on the link that says “Proceed to pay the fee through payment gateway using credit card / debit card”.
6. You will be taken to the next page where details will be asked. Here Payment reference number is also flashed, note down the “Payment reference number” generated in this screen before proceeding for payment and also note down the “Transaction Id” generated after successful payment. These two Ids are necessary for future correspondence.
7. Enter qualifying exam, name, father’s / mother’s name, mobile number, date of birth, qualifying exam hall ticket number, year of appearing or passing qualifying exam, stream, SSC hall ticket number.
8. Proceed to pay the application fee.
Step 2 – After successful payment, fill details in the form and submit it
9. You will be asked to enter details such as category, exam center preference, qualifying examination roll number and / or marks.
10. Broadly the information pertaining to candidate’s personal details, educational qualification, communication (phone number, address) will be required.
Step 3 – Print the filled in form
11. After submission of EAMCET 2016 online application form, take printout of the form. Affix recent color passport size photograph on it. Get the form with photograph affixed, attested by Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination, and submit it to the invigilator on the day of exam.
Instructions for filling Application Form
Keep the following information ready before you start with the application form.
Qualifying examination hall ticket number.
SSC or equivalent hall ticket number.
Date of birth.
Caste.
Whether eligible for PH, NCC, Sports.
Whether income amount is upto one lakh, or upto two lakhs, or more than two lakhs.
Proof of local status such as study or residence or any other relevant certificate.
Choice of helpline center for Certificate verification and options at the time of admission.
Payment of application fee
Rs 350/-
Late fee will be applicable as mentioned in the table below.

Note:- Candidates submitting AP EAMCET-2016 applications with late fee of Rs.5,000/- & Rs.10,000/- will be allotted to KAKINADA regional test center only.
As mentioned above, application fee has to be paid at the time of filling up of EAMCET online application form. There are two modes of payment that have been made available,
Through AP Online, and
Using credit card or debit card.
Correct information should be entered in the EAMCET 2016 Application Form. Before submitting, check the data and match it with your official documents to avoid errors. Filled in Online Application Form will be generated which contains Registration Number along with filled in details. The candidate is required to take printout of Filled In Online Application Form and it is to be submitted to the Invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent color photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination. The candidate should use the Registration Number for future correspondence.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should be eligible for the respective program in which he / she wants to take admission. The AP EAMCET 2016 Eligibility Criteria is explained in detail in the information brochure, and the same is given in the eligibility page. A few points are highlighted here for your reference.
1. Nationality – Candidates should be Indian national, or PIO / OCI card holder.
2. In order to apply for the exam, one should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and satisfy local / non-local status laid down by the AP / TS institutions.
3. Educational qualification is specified for each course. Depending upon the course which candidate wants to study, subject group requirements (of qualifying exam) are specified. These must also be satisfied.
4. Age limit is also prescribed course wise. Such as the following.
5. MBBS / BDS – Candidate should be at least 17 years old on 31 December.
6. Engineering / Pharmacy – Candidate should be at least 16 years old on 31 December.

How to download Hall Ticket?
1. Visit the official website (www.apeamcet.org) OR click the direct link given above.
2. Enter registration number, qualifying exam hall ticket number, and select date of birth from drop down.
3. Submit these details to log in.
4. Download and print the AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2016.
Important instructions concerning EAMCET Hall Ticket 2016 (AP)
1. AP EAMCET 2016 Hall Ticket should be downloaded between 21 and 27 April 2016.
Information that was filled in the online application form will be used by APSCHE to generate the admit card.
2. Once the EAMCET 2016 Hall Ticket is downloaded or printed, candidate should check that all details in it are correct and verifiable. In case of discrepancies, one must contact the concerned authorities.
3. The AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2016 will be required on the examination day at the exam center, as well as on the day of document verification.
4. It is strictly advised not to write down anything / tear / crush / tamper with the officially issued admit card in any way.
Material to be brought on the date of examination
1. AP EAMCET 2016 Hall Ticket.
2. Filled in online application form with duly affixed recent colour photograph attested by Gazetted Officer (or) Principal of the College where candidate has studied the qualifying examination.
3. A good Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black).
4. Attested copy of caste certificate (in case of SC / ST category candidates only).
5. Signature of the candidate and left hand thumb impression is to be filled in the respective spaces provided in the filled in online application form in the presence of Invigilator only.
6. Hall ticket issued to the candidate is an important document. Candidates are required to preserve it carefully.Hall ticket is not transferable. Any tampering of Hall Ticket will automatically lead to the disqualification of the candidate.

The Candidates Who have not attended for Certificate verification during first phase should get their certificates verified on 23 Jul 2016 from any Help Line Center. However the special reservation category candidates ( Anglo Indian/Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) who did not get their certificates verified earlier should get their certificates verified now at Govt. Polytechnic, Near Benz Circle, Vijayawada only on 23/07/2016 and exercise options on the same day and also on 24.07.2016 till 6.00PM as per the Ranks mentioned above.

It is informed that the other certificates of these candidates will also be verified on the dates mentioned above along with Special Reservation category Certificates.

Fee to be Paid at the Time of Certificate Verification
1.Processing Fee: Rs.1000/- (OC/BC), Rs.500/-(SC/ST).
2. Tuition Fee particulars and seats available under Convener Quota College-wise will be made available on the website https://apeamcet.nic.in well before the commencement of Option Entry.
3. The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government of AP from time to time.

Counselling Instructions
Candidates attending for Certificate Verification at Helpline Center is requested to follow the stages as indicated below.
Step 1: Candidates have to register for Certificate verification from authorities of Help Line Centres by paying process fee.
Step 2: Verify the details printed on Registration-Cum-Verification form for local area, sex, Minority, category, Special Reservation category, date of birth, Mobile Number, Fee Reimbursement Eligibility etc. for correctness.
Step 3: Candidates are required to do the selection of courses & Colleges and arrange them in the order of priority.

1. All original certificates and 2 sets of Xerox copies like APEAMCET-2016 Rank Card, Hall Ticket.
2. Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate, S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
3. VI to Inter Study Certificate.
4. Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education).
5. Residence Certificate of either of the parents in A.P. for 10 years in case of non-local candidates
Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2016.
6. Aadhar Card, Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority and also
PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.
