BEEE 2017 → Bharat Institute of Higher Education and Research, Bharat University in Chennai conducts the exam every year for engineering admissions. Like the last year, this year also B.Tech admission is expected to be solely on the basis of result and merit list. Application form will be released by the exam conducting body, probably in the month of December. Scholarship and tuition fee waiver is also offered for meritorious students.

Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria should apply. The University specifies conditions related to age limit, educational qualification, nationality in the information brochure. It is essential to read the detailed eligibility criteria and only after satisfying that all the conditions are fulfilled must you apply for the engineering entrance exam.
Key points of eligibility 2017 (expected as per last year’s brochure) are given below. Changes, if any, to these points will be known in December 2016 / January 2017.
Nationality → Candidates should be Indian national and studied in Indian schools. Qualifying examination should be from educational institution located in India.
Education → B.Tech aspirant must have passed in 10+2 exam or equivalent and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. For Bio engineering departments admission, 50% is required in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology.
Application Form
Candidates have to fill correct and verifiable details in the form and pay requisite application fees (last year the application fee was Rs 900). Submitting the BEEE 2017 application form, and paying the application fees is essential in order to appear for the engineering entrance exam.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket
Admit card is also known as hall ticket. After a candidate has applied, he / she is issued a document from the exam conducting body which is very important from the examination point of view. The admit card is expected to be available a few days (or weeks) before the date of exam. Only those candidates who have submitted the form and fees on time will be generated this document.

Details of Result
Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) will declare result of BEEE 2017 around 10-15 days after the exam. Once the BEEE 2017 rank list is published, counselling schedule for University admissions will also be announced. Candidates who have been declared to have a position in the merit list will be called for counselling for B.Tech admissions (and other program mes) as per the seat allotment dates. The process to check results will be simple and candidate friendly.
