GITAM School of International Business (GSIB) is an integrated business school with in the ambit of GITAM University. GSIB is devoted to focus in teaching, research, consultancy, and executive education in the exclusive areas of International Business and Global Entrepreneurship was started in 1997 with a view to develop professionals in international business and global entrepreneurship that are very much needed to take the Indian economy forward in globalized environment.
GSIB Entrance Test 2016 – The school conducts a national level entrance test viz., GSIB Entrance Test (GET 2016).

Application Form
Application can be submitted “on line” by visiting above mention link. Alternatively, the application can also be downloaded from the School’s official website www.gsib.org and submitted duly filled-in, enclosing a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favor of “GITAM School of International Business”, payable at Visakhapatnam. Candidates can register for GET’16 in the same application by paying an additional fee of Rs.500/-.

Eligibility Criteria
For MBA Programmes
1. Second Class or equivalent grade in any Bachelor’s Degree (after 10+2) from a recognized University.
Those awaiting results of Final Year Degree examinations may also apply. However, if proof of graduation is not submitted by 30th, September 2016, their admission will be automatically cancelled without refund of fee.
2. Valid test scores in CAT-2015 / XAT-2016 / MAT – (Sep-2015, Dec-2015, Feb-2016 and May-2016) / GET’16 (GSIB Entrance Test 2016) / GMAT/CMAT – 1st & 2nd tests.
For PGDBA Programme
1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Computer Application, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering/Technology, Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Certified Financial Analyst with 50% marks is eligible to apply.
2. Candidates who are in the final year also eligible to apply provided they complete their final education as specified above by September, 2016.
Admit Card
Admit card for MBA & PGDBA Entrance Examination was available after the successful completion of application form. Candidates who fill their application form on before the last date can be able to download admit card for Entrance Examination which will be held on 30.01.2016.
The candidate is required to bring his / her Hall Ticket to the Test Centre. The Hall Ticket will not be dispatched to candidates through Post or Fax.
No candidate will be permitted to appear for the test without a valid hall ticket.
The hall ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
How to download GSIB GET hall ticket 2016?
Registered candidates must know details such as Application number, Gender, Date of birth which were filled in the application form. Using these credentials, log in to the slot booking page (link for the same is given above). Once the process is completed, you can download the GAT admit card at www.gitam.edu GAT.
- Log in using the details as filled in your application form.
- Select test centre, date, and slot.
- Confirm and submit your choice.
- Click on the generated e-hall ticket.
- Download and print the admit card
Result 2016
GSIB 2016 result will be declared on 01st February 2016 by the GITAM University for which the GSIB online test will be held on 30th January 2016 for admission in MBA & PGDBA Programme. Candidates can be able to check their result by entering Hall ticket number and Date of Birth.
Selection Process
The applicants who secure a qualifying mark in the written tests will be invited for (i) Group discussion and (ii) Personal Interview. GET’16 GD and PI shall be held at Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi & Visakhapatnam.
The School reserves the right to add or delete any centre. The final selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of total marks obtained in the written tests (scores normalized to marks), GD and PI. The list of selected candidates shall be displayed in the designated website of the school and also reach to individual student through the ICT means.

Admission process shall include test (if applicable) and GD/PI which will be conducted at Bengaluru / Bhubaneswar / Chennai / Delhi / Guwahati / Hyderabad / Indore / Kolkata / Mangalore / Mumbai / Nagpur / Raipur / Ranchi / Visakhapatnam. GSIB reserves the right to add or delete any centre(s).
For PGDBA Programme
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their aggregate scores in Business Analytics Entrance Test (BET – 2016) (multiple choice types) and Personal Interview (PI). Due weightage will be given to the candidates with good academic record and relevant industry experience.
